Appearanz offers a 15-day return policy for our customers in the United States. If you're not completely happy with our products, you can return or exchange your order(s) as long as the products are in ELIGIBLE and NEW CONDITION:
• Products must be returned within 15 days of the order delivery date
• Products must be in the same condition you received them (unworn, unaltered, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products, or odor)
• Have all Gift sets included
• Products were worn, cut, damaged, or the original status was changed
• The product was sprayed with other products
• Custom orders, Clearance Items, and Gifts
* Please note that we can't accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.
To Initiate a U.S. Return or Exchange

2 Contact us at [email protected]. Please note that your request may be denied if you don't contact us.
3. Apply for the return online.
• A: Sign-in and locate your order in "my orders"
• B: Click on "Return items"
4. Return the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.
We'll contact you once we receive the returns.
*Please note that customers are responsible for their return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.
Store Credit - No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to refund your order in Appearanz store credits, and your next purchase will be made easier!
Refund - Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order. A 10% restocking fee + $5.99 original shipping fee will be deducted from all monetary refunds.
A refund takes up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Orders that are canceled before dispatch will incur a 10% handling fee.
