Appearanz offers a 15-day return policy for our customers in the United States. If you’re not completely happy with our products, you can return or exchange your order (s) as long as the products are in ELIGIBLE and NEW CONDITION:

- Products must be in the same condition you received them ( unworn, unaltered, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)
